What You'll Do:
Be the Face of Service: Greet customers warmly and ensure they leave with a smile by providing world-class support in all their shipping, mailing, and printing needs.
Ship & Pack Like a Pro: Prepare packages for shipment with care and precision, leveraging your previous experience (UPS Store or FedEx Office experience is a huge plus).
Mail & Document Management: Sort incoming mail, scan mailbox items, and assist with printing, faxing, and copying to keep operations running smoothly.
Master the Tech: Use Microsoft or LibreOffice Word & Excel, along with various internet applications, to handle administrative tasks and keep records up to date.
Collaborate with the Team: Communicate effectively with colleagues to solve problems together and maintain a positive environment.
Contribute to Operations: Perform administrative duties that support the day-to-day success of our business.
What You'll Bring:
Excellent Communication Skills: You're a pro at interacting both in person and in writing, ensuring clear, customer-centric service at all times.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of lifting up to 50-70 pounds.
1-2 Years of Experience: Preferably in a shipping or mail center environment (experience with UPS Store or FedEx Office is a definite advantage).
Tech-Savviness: From Word and Excel to internet applications, you've got the know-how to make everyday tasks efficient and streamlined.
