Seeking Innovative Elementary and Middle School Tutors

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and creative Elementary & Middle School Tutors to join our team and provide after-school tutoring in English and Math for students in grades K-8. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain teaching experience, explore different teaching styles, and put into practice what they've learned about education. If you enjoy engaging with students and innovative teaching methods, we would love to work with you!

Responsibilities:
-Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in English and Math.
-Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style.
-Try various teaching methods to find the most effective approaches for each student.
-Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and teachers.
-Create a positive, interactive, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
-Assist with homework and reinforce classroom concepts in creative ways.

Qualifications:
-Individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Math, or a related field
-Experience in tutoring or teaching elementary students is a plus but not required.
-Strong knowledge of elementary English and Math curriculum.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude.

Schedule:
-After school hours, typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
-Flexibility for occasional weekend sessions may be available.

Compensation:
-Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
